What does optional website care cover?
For $50/month: supported WordPress, theme and plugin updates, post-update checks and rollback of covered updates. Hosting security, backups and product support are included in Site + Ops either way.
Content, redesigns and unrelated repairs are quoted separately. Care is optional and does not include unlimited repairs or 24/7 staffing.
What is included when Chyve builds the website?
Five information pages, plus required ordering, checkout and account pages; your supplied and approved content; mobile layouts; and basic search titles and descriptions.
The standard build also includes one clean import of up to 100 items, one supported payment account and domain connection, two design revision rounds and handover. Import limits apply to assisted labor, not the software catalog.
Extra pages, original photography, extensive writing and bespoke design are quoted first. Assisted setup is included in the build fee; you never pay both fees for the same work. Website care is independent.
Can I build and manage my own website?
Yes. Site + Ops includes templates, WordPress, hosting, backups and food tools. Build and maintain it yourself, or add a website build or care. It’s one package; Software and Hosted subscriptions are not added on top. Your domain choice doesn’t change the package price.
Can I buy a domain through Chyve?
Yes—or connect one you already own. Registration, renewal and optional mailboxes are separately priced before purchase. Ordering confirmations and receipts are included with online ordering.
I don’t have a payment processor. What will it cost me?
We can help you connect Stripe or WooPayments for customer card payments.
For a US business taking standard domestic online card payments, budget 2.9% + 30¢ per successful transaction with either WooPayments or Stripe’s standard pricing. Neither charges a setup fee or monthly fee for that standard online processing service.

Connect an account through self-setup or optional assisted setup; connection help is included in a website build. You provide identity and bank details directly to the processor, which decides approval.
The processor bills its fees directly. Chyve adds no transaction fee.

Ordering link or embed code?
Hosted includes both: share an ordering link or embed it on a supported website. No domain is needed for the link. Chyve maintains the ordering service; you maintain any separate website. Choose Site + Ops for a complete site.
Who sets delivery prices?
You do, including free or subsidized delivery. Delivery tools show estimated costs; courier fees are separate. We confirm supported connections for your setup.

Offer & billing terms
Founding pricing. 500 qualifying businesses per package, 1500 in total. Staff logins don’t count toward that limit. Each subscription package fills independently. Applying or selecting a package doesn’t reserve a place. Eligibility and your total are confirmed before payment.
Renewal. Founding monthly rates apply for 24 months, then the displayed regular rate. Founding annual rates—$399 Software, $699 Hosted and $999 Site + Ops—apply for two years, then the regular annual rate. Regular prices are comparison rates, not former selling prices.
Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months. Regular annual packages save 15% against monthly billing. Website care remains $600/year; one-time services receive no annual discount.
Coverage. One location, one live installation and a test copy. Open-source rights remain unchanged. Self-setup has no required fee. Build and setup offers are one-time benefits, subject to eligibility. Additional locations and custom work are quoted separately.
Extras. Payment-processing and courier fees go to your providers. Domains, renewals, optional mailboxes, agreed third-party licenses and applicable taxes are separately priced. Connections depend on your setup.
YesChef. Your package confirmation sets the weekly allowance and reset terms. Usage is capped.
Lifetime Software
Use the purchased version on your supported WordPress hosting. Paid updates and support cover one operating location, one live installation and a test copy. Applicable open-source license rights remain unchanged. This replaces the Software subscription. The price is $1,499 one time; founding discounts do not apply.
The first year of software updates and product support is included. Afterward, renewal is optional at $299/year.
Without renewal, paid updates and support stop; rights granted by the software’s applicable license remain unchanged. Hosting, website care, YesChef and other cloud consumption are separate. The subscription plans’ YesChef benefit is not bundled with this license. Compatibility with future WordPress releases or external services is not guaranteed.
Cancellation. Cancel before renewal to stop future charges. Your first subscription payment has a 14-day refund window.
