Service terms
Chyve provides food operations software and related website and hosting services for independent food businesses. These terms explain how we work with you.

Choose the setup that fits
Software brings Food Operations to your supported WordPress website and hosting. Hosted provides a Chyve-operated ordering workspace and supported link or embed. Site + Ops combines a website, hosting and Food Operations. Your order identifies the selected package, covered location, supported setup and any optional services.
Know what you are buying
We confirm the service scope, compatibility, start date and total before payment. A pricing enquiry does not create an order, charge your card or reserve a founding place. Your confirmed order identifies the seller and any specific agreed terms.
Digital service delivery
Chyve products and services are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipment. Software access, hosted access and any agreed setup instructions are provided using the account or email confirmed in your order. Your confirmation states when access starts and any information or approvals needed from you. Contact box@chyve.net if access does not arrive as agreed.
Prices and renewal
Prices are in USD. The order states the amount due, billing interval, taxes or additional charges, renewal date and renewal amount. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions are paid upfront and renew annually, with your agreement to the recurring charges before payment. No recurring charge is authorized by browsing this website or sending an enquiry. Optional services and provider charges are identified separately.
Founding offer
Founding rates are limited to 500 qualifying business enrollments per package. Eligibility is confirmed before purchase; displayed capacity is not a live remaining count or a reservation. Founding monthly rates apply for 24 months, and founding annual rates apply to the first two annual periods. The regular rate shown for the order then applies. The offer does not reset on a renewal or automatically apply to separately priced services.
Cancellation and refunds
Your first subscription payment has a 14-day refund window. Email box@chyve.net before the next renewal to cancel future subscription charges. Access normally continues through the paid period. The refund and cancellation policy explains the process, billing corrections and other circumstances; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Your business and your customers
You supply and approve your business information, products, prices, policies and content. You are responsible for your food business, its goods and fulfillment, permissions and legal requirements. Customers buying food contract with the identified food business. Chyve bills you for its software and services; your chosen payment provider handles your customers’ food payments under its own terms.
Software, hosting and support
Software customers maintain their hosting, website security and backups. Hosted and Site + Ops service responsibilities are specified with the supported setup in the order. Your covered location and installation define paid update and support coverage; they do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license. Third-party software and services retain their own terms. Chyve support is available at box@chyve.net; no round-the-clock staffing or guaranteed response time is implied.
Content, records and privacy
You retain your rights in your business content and records. Chyve uses information needed to provide the agreed service, handle requests and administer the account. The privacy notice explains these purposes and the contact for access, correction or deletion requests. Before ending a hosted service, contact us about the supported export and handover for your setup.
Questions and changes
Contact box@chyve.net about a service problem or a proposed change. Any material change to an existing order or its price must be communicated before it applies; this page does not retroactively replace a specific agreed order. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
