Refunds and cancellation

Clear choices, straightforward billing. Contact box@chyve.net whenever you need help with a Chyve subscription.

Try your first subscription for 14 days

If your first Chyve subscription is not right for your business, email us within 14 calendar days of the first payment for a full refund of that subscription payment. This applies to your first monthly or annual package payment. Switching packages or renewing does not restart the window. Refunding the subscription ends its paid service access when the refund is processed.

Cancel before your next renewal

Email box@chyve.net from your account email before the renewal date shown on your invoice or confirmation. Include the account name and say you want to cancel. The time we receive your request determines whether it arrived before renewal; our reply time does not move that deadline. We confirm cancellation by email. Future subscription charges stop, and access continues through the period already paid for unless you request the first-payment refund above.

After the first 14 days

The subscription period already paid for is normally not prorated when you cancel. If something has gone wrong, contact us: we review requests involving a service failure or exceptional circumstances individually. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

Tell us about an incorrect or duplicate charge as soon as you notice it. We investigate and correct billing errors. If you requested cancellation before renewal and a renewal charge still occurs, we refund that charge.

How to request a refund

Email box@chyve.net with your account email, invoice number and a short description. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank controls how long the credit takes to appear.

Other purchases

The 14-day subscription offer applies to the Chyve subscription charge. Any separately purchased service, one-time software purchase, domain or third-party product follows the terms disclosed for that purchase. Contact us with any concern so we can review it with you. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
