Made for your working day

What comes with Hosted.

Food tools for independent food source and service providers, with a setup that fits your business.

Share your ordering link

Put a normal Order link or button on your social profile, business listing or existing website. The hosted link needs no separate website or custom domain.

Embed on your existing site

Use the supported embed option to bring your menu and ordering into an existing website. Confirm compatibility and the supported setup for your site before choosing the embed.

Your food tools, together

Menus, recipes, stock, purchasing, production and food costs, plus optional online ordering, supported checkout and fulfillment details.

Who looks after what

Clear responsibilities.

Know who looks after each part of your setup.

Chyve provides

The hosted Food Operations workspace and ordering service, hosting, security, service updates, daily backups and product support.

You manage

Your menu, prices, availability, staff access and supported payment account. Your separate website and its maintenance remain your responsibility.

Getting set up

A clear path to your first working day.

No separate website is required to get started. Choose the sharing method that fits how your customers already find you.

  1. Bring your brand and menu

Prepare your food range, prices, opening hours and supported pickup or delivery arrangements.

  2. Choose link or embed

Use the ordering link on its own, share it from your existing website, or confirm the embed setup that your website supports.

  3. Set up and review

Follow guided self-setup or add assisted setup for one supported payment account and domain connection. Check your menu and ordering details before use.

Guided self-setup: $0

Use the guides to set up your workspace yourself, with no required setup fee.

Optional assisted setup

$199 founding / $299 regular, once. Includes one supported payment account and domain connection, and one clean menu import of up to 100 items. The limit applies to assisted labor, not your software catalog.

Before you choose

A few useful answers.

Payment-processing and courier charges, domain registration and renewal, optional mailboxes, separately agreed third-party licenses and applicable taxes are additional and billed by your providers. Chyve does not charge fees on your transactions or sales.

Do I need a website or domain?

No. The ordering link works without a separate website or custom domain. An existing website can point to that link. An optional domain can be connected or purchased through Chyve; registration, renewal and mailboxes cost extra.

Is this a complete website for my business?

Hosted provides your food workspace and ordering experience. Choose Site + Ops when you also want a complete editable website, with your story, information pages, templates and WordPress editor.

Do I need to pay for website care?

Operation and updates for the hosted ordering service are included. Optional Site + Ops website care is a different service. Hosted does not take over maintenance of your unrelated website.

Where do my records live?

Operational, customer and order records live with your Chyve-hosted Food Operations installation. Account and subscription billing are separate; payment providers, chosen connections and authorized support have their own responsibilities.
