Care is additional to the package, with annual care paid upfront. The package's annual saving does not discount care. Supported updates, checks and rollback are covered; content work and unrelated repairs are separate.
Before you choose
A few useful answers.
Payment-processing and courier charges, domain registration and renewal, optional mailboxes, separately agreed third-party licenses and applicable taxes are additional and billed by your providers. Chyve does not charge fees on your transactions or sales.
What is included in the standard website build?
Five information pages plus required ordering, checkout and account pages; your supplied and approved content; mobile layouts and basic search titles/descriptions.
Also included: one clean menu import of up to 100 items, one supported payment account and domain connection, two design revision rounds and handover. The import limit applies to assisted labor, not the software catalog. Extra pages, original photography, extensive writing and bespoke design are quoted first.
What does website care cover?
Supported WordPress, theme and plugin updates, checks afterward and rollback of a failed covered update on the agreed Chyve setup. Hosting security, backups and Chyve product defect support remain included without care.
Content work, custom plugins, redesigns and unrelated repairs are separate. Care does not include unlimited repairs or staffed 24/7 support.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Connect your existing domain without buying a new registration, or choose a new domain through Chyve. Registration, renewal and optional mailboxes are separately priced before purchase. Order confirmations and receipt emails are part of online ordering, separate from a business mailbox.
