Ask YesChef a question about your business

Give useful context and distinguish an answer from an operational action.

Updated

Frame the question

State the business task, the period or item involved and what you want to understand. For example, ask which ingredients need attention for a particular service rather than asking for a vague business assessment. Use the correct business context before sharing details.

Check available context

An assistant can only use the information and connections available to the current setup and permissions. Ask which records support an answer if that is unclear. Missing information should lead to a question or a limitation, not a confident assumption.

Review the answer

Compare quantities, dates and recommendations with the records you know. Treat generated copy and ideas as drafts. Do not assume a conversational answer changed stock, edited a recipe or sent a message; look for a separate confirmed action where supported.

When it cannot help

Rephrase the task with the relevant facts or use the ordinary tool directly. If YesChef is not available in your workspace, check your package and setup with support. Do not paste passwords, private access tokens or unnecessary customer information into a prompt.
