Updated
Start with your requirements
State the intended yield, ingredients you have and constraints the recipe must meet. Keep ingredient availability, customer preferences and production capacity distinct. An idea based on incomplete information needs further checking before use.
Review the details
Read quantities and units carefully, scale the proposal against the intended yield and compare it with your actual ingredients. Check dietary descriptions and preparation assumptions yourself. Generated language is not a substitute for verifying what your kitchen will serve.
Approve only the intended change
Where the workflow offers a proposed action, inspect its target and scope before confirming. A suggestion in a conversation should not be treated as a saved recipe. Preserve the recipe version used for existing production records.
Verify afterwards
Reopen the recipe or affected record and check what was actually saved. If the result differs from the approved proposal, stop before starting production and retain the reference for support. Correct the operational record through its supported workflow rather than asking the assistant to hide the discrepancy.
