Choose the right logo
Use an original digital logo rather than a screenshot of a social profile. Keep a transparent-background version and a version that works on a light background. Check that the business name remains readable when the logo is small.
Pick photos with a purpose
Choose a strong food or business photo for the main introduction, a picture that explains your service, and a few supporting images. Leave space around the subject so a different screen shape does not cut off important details.
Name and describe the files
Use descriptive filenames, such as sourdough-loaves or catering-table. Prepare a short description of what each image shows for alternative text. Describe useful visual information rather than repeating promotional slogans.
Check ownership and privacy
Use photos you own or have permission to publish. Obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable people. Remove unnecessary location information and avoid visible customer details, order labels or private documents in the background.
