Find out why customers cannot order

Check availability systematically before changing your setup.

Updated

Reproduce the problem

Open the same customer page and note the item, fulfillment method, requested date and time, and any message shown. Check whether one item is affected or the whole ordering experience. Do not use a real payment to test a visibility problem.

Check time and service

Verify the active location, timezone, normal hours and dated exceptions. Then check whether the chosen method is enabled and whether lead time leaves enough preparation time. A visible menu does not necessarily mean the kitchen is accepting orders now.

Check capacity and products

Look for capacity or busy-state restrictions and confirm that the product is active and available. For a sales connection, check that the intended item is correctly linked rather than creating another copy of the product.

If the cause is unclear

Keep the message and the exact customer choices, then contact support. Avoid disabling multiple restrictions at once; that can open orders you cannot fulfill and makes the original problem harder to diagnose.
